Monday, October 18, at 16.45, is held the first annual meeting of the Committee of Parents , open to all parents of children attending primary school and children "Francesco Crispi".
The Committee of Parents (whose constitution is laid down. 15 paragraph 2 of Decree 297/94 - Testo Unico) is a collegiate body (such as the District Council or the Academic Board) composed by all the class representatives are elected every year by the elected representatives of parents in the District Council and by all parents who wish to join and expressing its intention (in person or with a written communication, including email) at the first annual meeting of the Committee.
In essence, the Committee 's plenary meeting of the parents, who come together to exchange views, share proposals, or confront problems, so that their views and positions on various issues relating to school life can then be effectively supported by the elected representatives of parents in the District Council .
would be very important that you were attending in large numbers, especially at this first meeting (valid for the right to vote throughout the year), so that the Assembly dei genitori riuniti nel Comitato possa essere davvero rappresentativa di tutte le voci e le opinioni della scuola, in particolare in vista delle prossime elezioni per il rinnovo dei rappresentanti dei genitori in Consiglio di Circolo (previste per fine mese: il termine ultimo per la presentazione delle liste è il 29 ottobre).
Vi aspettiamo quindi numerosi lunedì e vi segnaliamo che esiste anche una mailing list del Comitato , a cui tutti possono iscriversi inviando il proprio indirizzo di posta elettronica all’indirizzodel Comitato ( comitatogenitoricrispi@yahoo.it ): in questo modo, riceverete via email le convocazioni delle Committee meetings, minutes of meetings and any other communications of general interest, usually affixed to the dashboard of the Committee also next to the entrance door of the school.
